Highlands Ranch Town Center Located
between Lucent Blvd.& Broadway when driving east or west on Highlands Ranch
Parkway

Sunday from 10am until 2
pm. Starts May 4, 2008 Directions to Highlands Ranch
Vendors are selected by a seniority type
system.
Vendor in good standing is given first opportunity to return
the following year.
Fees are set by product sold.

ATTENDANCE POLICIES
Weekday markets: 11:00 a.m. starting time to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday market: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Sunday market: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
You must attend the markets you commit to or pay fee.
Vendors who attend other markets on the same
day must attend ours or pay fee.
(You can attend others markets just make sure that you have
someone available for DFM or pay
the required daily fee)
If emergencies occur you must call market
manager at least 1 (one) hour prior to start of market.
Vendors who come to all 5 (five) markets
will be given priority over those who pick and chose certain
days.

Market
Rules
Please arrive at least an hour prior to the
market. Be set up and ready to sell by market time. If your
vehicle does not arrive by a half-hour prior to market time
you will not be allowed to participate that day. Vehicles MUST
be removed 30 minutes prior to markets. Fees will NOT
be carried over if you miss the market. Tear down may commence
at end of market. Market committee may adjust market hours, as
they deem necessary.
You must remove trash. Bring a broom if
necessary to clean your area during and/or after market.
You may only bring to sell what has been
approved prior to market. If you want to bring a new item you
must make a request in writing to Market manager prior to
bringing it.
You must handle our own taxes, insurance and
health permits. Please check with each city and find out their
requirements to see if this applies to you. Denver
Farmers' Market will not be held liable for vendors actions.
Please take into consideration that you are
part of your display. We aim for a clean, attractive look at
Denver Farmers' Markets. Awnings or umbrellas are highly
recommended due to sun/heat or rain. Bring some type of
weights, bottles of sand or water to weigh down. We also
suggest bringing a box of trash bags or roll of flexible
plastic in case of rain to cover you merchandise if necessary.
It's best to be prepared.
A sign with your farm name is great, and
customers know whom to look for when they come back.
The spirit of commerce and fair pricing are
recommended.
Any scales used in the market must have a
current valid inspection seal from Weights and Measures.
Any sampling or tasting of products must be
approved by market manager and all the Health Department guidelines
must be adhered to.
No smoking in booths by
vendors. Health Department Rules.
Any disruptive behavior by
booth operator and/ or their employees will not be tolerated.
You will be asked to leave and not be able to sell until
permission is granted by market manager to return. No
dissemination of fliers, posters, signage ect. is permitted
without prior approval of managers in writing.
These rules are to help make a smooth running
market without problems. Your suggestions are always welcome
and your compliance will help all of us to have a fun and
successful season.
